Name: Chatty
Series: RL/Demiurge, heavily influenced by Slayers and the Violinist of Hamelin manga
Appearance: A pretty woman with long auburn hair.  She tends to wear turtlenecks and dress pants, sort of like a high school teacher.  Also, she has a "true" form, which is simply gross.
Personality: Mischievious, but with a strong maternal streak.  Also prone to angst.
Background: Chatty is the Demiurge of EGC-- she recreated the EGC when the Creator destroyed it, and keeps it up and running.  Without her power as a Demiurge, she would be a rather weak and unimportant mazoku.  She comes from a hidden village in the middle of the forest somewhere, and had a lonesome childhood, her only real companions being her family and the kappa in the nearby river.
Relationships: Aria (mother), Refrain (father), Oboe (uncle), Velvet (son), Synthesis (daughter), Yami (daughter), Phibrizzo (former 'lover'), Roach Leader (husband), Roach (son), Vermin (son), Ordinal 6442 (fiancée), Mack (older sister), Koe (older brother)
Current Status: Imprisoned by the Piper, while her family thinks she's a flying toaster.

Name: Dot Warner
Series: RL
Appearance: 5'3", scrawny, with wiry black cheek-length-ish black hair, dark brown eyes, and glasses.  Sports wings that vary between black, white, gray, and mixtures thereof.
Personality: Meddlesome, capricious, and prone to change moods at the drop of a hat.  Loves to monkey wrench plots and introduce her own grandiose meta-themes into a storyline.
Background: Originally a silent lurker in the Emiko's Genesis Chatrooms, Dot rediscovered it one summer and has refused to go away ever since.
Relationships: Knows practically everybody, and if she doesn't, makes something up.  Chatty's self-proclaimed rival, although in reality the two of them often corroborate (either consciously or not) to make Ijishi a more...interesting place to live in.
Current Status: On self-invoked imprisonment for irrevocably crashing Ijishi's timeline, and has since retrofitted Ijishi history so that she doesn't exist at all.

Original Characters

Name: Adam
Series: Original Character (Dot)
Appearance: Tall and gangly (with some muscle), with ratty brown hair past his shoulders that he keeps in a ponytail and a permanent five o'clock shadow.
Personality: Cynical, paranoid, and very bitter about being Dot's Number One Lacky. He tends to be a bit nicer when Dot's being depressive, but don't count on him ever being helpful in a straightfoward fashion.
Background: Former antagonist forced to become a good guy by a Convenient Plot Device, Adam also serves as Dot's alter ego/voice of reason, and despises every minute of it. Or so he claims.
Relationships: Knows everybody and hates them all.
Current Status: On some streetcorner playing a guitar for spare change.

Name: Irene ul Copt Metallium
Series: Slayers-based Original Character (Dot)
Appearance: Tall, shapely, with long lavendar hair and golden eyes.
Personality: Fiercely protective of those she cares about, but also has a bit of a mishievous streak
Background: The daughter of Xelloss and Filia in an alternate universe, Irene arrived in Ijishi to help Dot keep tabs on the "canon" Slayers Xelloss.
Relationships: Knows all the Slayers characters and any of Dot's cameos.
Current Status: In transition to Capow.

Name: Malachi/NGC Aoi
Series: Eva-R-based Original Character
Appearance: Eep...good question. ^^;
Personality: Man-crazy to the max and loves to tease.
Background: The "mirror" version of Aoi Tamashii, she survived the reunification intact (except this one time when she died and was resurrected by Dot into her current form) and has been vamping on the male populace of Ijishi until recently, when she had a run-in with one of Chatty's inserts.
Relationships: NGC Demon Sentai, Rokubunki Tatchi (Lord and Master)
Current Status: Brainwashed by Tatchi into becoming his b****.

Name: Tabris/NGC Kaworu
Series: Neon Genesis Evangelion-based Original Character
Appearance: Strongly resembles a young Ikari Yui, except with red eyes.
Personality: Soft-spoken and shy, blushes very easily.
Background: Used by NGC Rei in a plot to seduce Velvet, Tabris has only recently been resurrected by Dot as a female, much to Tabris' displeasure. Now Tabris must adjust to her new identity and deal with old memories that are surfacing.
Relationships: NGC Demon Sentai, Velvet (former lover), Dives
Current Status: Caught in the middle of the Relationship Polygon From Hell.

Name: The Piper
Series: ???, Matrix-influenced
Appearance: Nobody knows what she looks like.  It's not even certain that the Piper is female.
Personality: Again, nobody's ever met her in person.
Background: The Piper leads.  Those she calls, follow.
Relationships: Takahashi, Suzuki, and Watanabe (agents), Shichi (follower), Ordinal 6442 (brother)
Current Status: The Piper is "calling" Urahara Kisuke.  What does she want him for?

Names: Takahashi, Suzuki, and Watanabe
Series: Original/Matrix
Appearance: Japanese men in black suits with dark sunglasses.  They all look virtually the same.
Personality: Business-like.  Takahashi has been shown to be a bit of a dope, though, and Suzuki is the equivalent to Agent Smith.
Background: They need no background.
Relationships: Shichi (co-worker), The Piper (boss)
Current Status: They're currently waiting outside the Urahara Shop, waiting for Shichi to complete her mission.

Name: Juuichi Shichi
Series: Original/BLEACH
Appearance: A beautiful geisha in a blue kimono.

Personality: She's a dork with a huge crush on "Mr. Urahara".  She does, however, have a horrible temper when someone does something to people she loves.
Background: I'll fill this in later.  She is, however, a former Shinigami. :D
Relationships: the Agents (co-workers), Urahara Kisuke (crush)
Current Status: She's currently out back in the Urahara Shop, tattling to Urahara about the Piper's plans for him.  With handcuffs on.

Cameos

Name: Dan Hibiki
Series: Street Fighter Series
Appearance: Surprisingly buff, with long brown hair in a ponytail. Has an affinity for pink-colored clothing.
Personality: Has the ego of several galaxies and the intelligence of a brick. No offense intended to the brick. Master of the Saikyo-Ryu style, which consists mostly of taunting and rolling combined with largely ineffectual attacks.
Background: Vowing revenge after Sagat killed his father, Dan attempted to learn martial arts. What resulted made him the laughingstock of the Street Fighter world, and only his extraordinarily good luck has kept him from becoming a giant smear on the ground.
Relationships: Knows Xelloss, and that's about it. He hasn't met a lot of people yet.
Current Status: If you listen carefully, you might hear a distant "OOSHA!"

Name: Dives
Series: Reliance
Appearance: Dark brown hair and brown eyes set in a boyishly young face. (http://www.setsuna.org/art/egc/acaseofyou.jpg)
Personality: Once very misogynistic, now withdrawn and shy due to his overbearing guilt over what he did to Roisin.
Background: Originally one of Nemesis' co-hosts along with Potega, Dives broke with the Angel of Death when he realized that he loved Roisin and paid the price with his life. Dot promptly resurrected him and has been trying to reconcile him with Roisin ever since.
Relationships: Roisin, Dante (son), NGC Demon Sentai (former colleagues by proxy), Tifa (employer), Aerith (employer), Jenova (supervisor)
Current Status: Working at the Bar as a waiter.

Name: Kefka
Series: Final Fantasy 6 (FF3 US)
Appearance: Skinny, pale, likes to wear loud, obnoxious-colored clothes and clown makeup.  Also sports various colored boa feathers in his hair.
Personality: Evil and loves it.  A total sadist who gleefully causes destruction and mayhem wherever he goes.
Background: Emperor Gestahl's ex-right-hand man, Kefka single-handedly caused the destruction of the World of Balance and enjoyed an almost unprecedented reign of terror.  He has arrived in Ijishi to prove once and for all that he is the greatest villain ever, but his current plot to annoy Sephiroth has sidetracked him a bit.
Relationships: Sephiroth (thinks he's a crybaby), Yuna (#1 annoyance), Orgel (rival clown), Mack (scary!)
Current Status: Selling sausages of highly questionable composition and stalking Sephiroth until they can have a proper showdown.

Name: Roisin
Series: Reliance
Appearance: Dark, rich red hair, similarly colored eyes, and a curvaceous body. (http://www.setsuna.org/art/reliance/rodi-c-copy.jpg)
Personality: Weak-willed and unsure of herself, but is becoming more assertive.
Background: Owing a life debt to Dives, Roisin submitted herself to misery and horror, never giving up the hope that there was something about Dives that made him worth loving. After the birth of her son, however, she felt it be more appropriate to distance herself from Dives and hasn't really spoken to him since Dot temporarily mind-wiped him to ascertain his feelings for Roisin.
Relationships: Velvet, Dante (son), Rufus Shinra (stalked by)
Current Status: Probably still a singer for the Bar, but only goes there when it's not Dives' shift.

Name: Urahara Kisuke
Series: BLEACH
Appearance: An odd-looking guy in a striped hat, a black jacket/coat thing, and geta.  He also wears pants, but I haven't anything to say about the pants.

Personality: UNPREDICTABLE.  One minute he's mysterious, and the next... well, you never know.
Background: Urahara runs a shop that sells goods from Soul Society, the world of the dead and the Shinigami.  He has some kind of shady history, but...
Relationships: Ururu, Jinta, Tessai (he's their boss), Shichi (???)
Current Status: Currently interrogating Shichi in the back of the Urahara shop.

Name: Xelloss
Series: Slayers NEXT, Slayers TRY
Appearance: Small frame, with cheek-length purple hair, a nearly perpetual closed-eye smile, and a staff with a dark red gem set into it.
Personality: Mischevious, manipulative, secretive, and a bit of a sado-masochist, although he generally doesn't cause evil in a direct manner.
Background: Greater Beast Metallium's General-Priest, Xelloss is currently on loan to the Lord of Nightmares acting as a spy for her to keep tabs on the RLs.
Relationships: Knows everybody and their dirty little secrets.
Current Status: Unknown, but it's likely that he's off annoying someone again.
