... And so that's pretty much how the last couple of weeks happened, more or less...

Lyric:  Yup.

(*Silence... crickets chirp*)

Clone:  Well, he was in the tank when last i saw him...

Voodoo:  With Bub.

Helpful...  i'm sure he'll turn up eventually, zombies are like that.

Clone:  They are?

Oh yeah, all the way.  Anyhow, what's up on the homefront?  Or the barfront, as it were.

Voodoo:  (*Reads from clipboard*)  Well, Hugh and Rei vanished a while back, and there's been an abnormal amount of angel related mishaps recently.

That ain't good...

Voodoo:  (*Scans further*)  And Jen dissapeared...

Also, not high on the good scale...

Voodoo:  (*At midpage*)  And then there's the takeover/general level assualt reported in the ShinRa Building.

Assault on ShinRa?  Who the hell could pull that off?

Cloud:  Me.

Other than you.

Sephiroth:  Me.

Well, neither of you did it, did ya?

Seph:  Nope...  While i'm here, wanna hotdog?

Actually, i haven't ever eaten in this body so sure...

Seph:  (*Blank look*)  Whatever you say...  Here ya go.

Voodoo:  And there is the normal general amount of strangeness going down...  New cameos, RLs, etc...

Hey, that's right... if anyone has not been formally welcomed, allow me to extend a welcome in your general direction... we are always on the lookout for a few good regs... (*Laugh*)  Now, what to do?

Clone:  Well, as none of us are evangelion units, i think the Angel assualt is more or less out...

Voodoo:  Ah, c'mon, i bet we can neuralize AT Fields...

Finding out would be the bad part...

Voodoo:  Agreed.

Lyric:  So how about we find out exactly what that plane does, wait for the zombie, and so forth...

I'm all for that... a wee bit of relaxation after a month or so of concentraited effort...

Followed by a few weeks of sporadic phone blackouts.... (*Laugh*)  And by the by, Happy B-day Chatty m'friend.  Sorry about the belted nature of said well-wishing... but well, the pool people putting the hole in the backyard seem to like to cut my phone line... on an almost daily basis.  And then we have to get at&t back over and over again, and they just _love_ that...  (*Smirk*)

Dot-Chan's Abridged, Condensed Short Plot Summary!

(A large screen pops up out of nowhere and a pointer mysteriously materializes in the Authoress' hands.)

Okay, so the whole mess starts because of the Roach Invasion.

(Slide 1: An Angry Mass of *yech* Roaches)

They send out Rats to deal with some of the RLs and their Self Inserts.

(Slide 2: The pictures of the Rats and their targets.)

The Roach Invasion gets mostly squashed (pun very much intended) by a few angry RLs.

(Slide 3: MRA suffering defeat at the hands of every EGC character thinkable.)

Meanwhile, the "Angels" show up and kidnap Rei and Hugh (who has mostly recovered from his encounter with the Rats, not that that helps.)

(Slide 4: Confrontation between the Shitou Sentai and Elaine, who is possessed by the 15th "Angel".)

The other "Angels" also set their sights on EGC.

Rei got really ticked off and decided to finish things once and for all.

The other RLs triumphed over their enemies and there's a strange little subplot with Penpen that I'm not really following. ^^;

Oh, and I almost forgot...the Black and White Materia have fallen into the hands of some unscrupulous fellows, but I have no idea who they are. ^^;
